To answer weijie's questions...
1. What happen if a car is travelling at the speed of light and the headlights is switch on?
Well, you wouldn't be able to observe the effects, since within splitseconds you would crash into something. It's impossible to steer a car at that speed. But for the sake of answering the question, you wouldn't see anything since before the light can be reflected into your eyes, your position has changed. Also, travelling at that speed would cause your body to implode, as the pressure forced on your body will be too much.
2. Would you be safe if you jump at the very last moment inside a Falling Lift?
No. The change in pressure as the lift deccelerates from a high speed to 0 in the space of only a few cm will cause your body to take a lot of damage. You wouldn't be safe, but you might not die either.
3. Does a universe exist if there is no life to acknowledge it's existence?
If it exists, whether there is anything to acknowledge it does not matter. For example, one may believe that everyone else doesn't exist. Although to that person, no one else exists, we all know that we share the earth with a lot of other people.
4. Is it possible to cry underwater?
Yes.
5. If it is 0 degrees today, and its going to be twice as cold tommorow, what temperature will it be?
Well, it seems impossible to calculate the temperature tomorrow if we take 0 as the current temperature, because we still feel that it is colder. However, we have two methods of measuring temperature: Celcius, and Fahrenheit. 0 degrees celcius is 32 degrees Fahrenheit. Therefore, if it is twice as cold, it would be 32/2 = 18 degrees Fahrenheit, which is about -7.777777777777779 degrees Celcius.
6. If a word in the dictionary were misspelled, how would we know?
You wouldn't unless you check with other dictionaries. If every single dictionary in the world is wrong, you would have to choose between which one you want to use. While out of some freakish compulsion, you may want to use the "correct" spelling, circumstances, such as schoolwork will sometimes force you to use the "wrong" spelling.
7. If two identical twin brothers married identical twin sisters, would there kids be identical?
Unlikely. Each sperm and egg is unique, so unless both brothers have the same sperm fertilising the same egg in the sisters, it is unlikely that their kids are identical. They might be very similar, but not identical.
8. Why Is Lemon Juice Made With Artificial Flavours But Lemon Smelling Washing Up Liquid Uses Real Lemons?
How many people do you know who actually drink natural Lemon Juice? The artificial flavours are used to change the taste of the lemon essence that they add in, because not many people like the sour taste of lemons. Lemon smelling washing up liquid is more than just the smell. Lemons are acidic, and this helps to remove many stains, as well as kill germs which are not used to living in acidic environments.
9. Do fish get thirsty?
If you are always eating, would you get hungry?
